These Terms govern your use of Tetris Moving LLC's website, quotes, booking tools, and moving services. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges are based on the actual time, labor, materials, and services used for your move. We'll always tell you the basis for pricing before work begins.

Scheduling & cancellations

We schedule moves by agreement. Deposits (where required, such as for long-distance jobs) reserve your date. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible; specific deposit and cancellation terms are provided with your quote.

Payment

We accept card, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and check. Card payments may include a processing fee. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your move and inventory.
• Disclose items needing special handling and any access limitations.
• Remove or separately transport hazardous, perishable, or high-value irreplaceable items unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited as described in your moving agreement and by applicable law. Please review your agreement for coverage details and how to file a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
