Messaging & calls policy

This policy explains how Tetris Moving LLC communicates with you by text message (SMS/MMS), phone call, and email, and how you can control those communications.
Text messages (SMS)
Program description
Tetris Moving LLC sends text messages related to your move and account — such as quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, arrival and status updates, payment and invoice notices, and replies to questions you send us. These are customer-care and transactional messages, not promotional bulk marketing.
How you consent
You opt in to receive texts when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted — for example on our quote or booking form, when you text us first, or when you tell a team member it's okay to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your move and interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Tetris Moving LLC does not charge you for the messages themselves.
Opt out & help
- Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You'll get a one-time confirmation and we'll stop texting you.

Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Phone calls
We may call the number you provide to discuss your quote, schedule or confirm your move, and answer questions. If you'd prefer we not call, or prefer text or email instead, just let us know and we'll honor your preference.
We send email about your quote, booking, invoices, and account, and occasionally helpful updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email or by contacting us. We may still send you essential emails about an active move or transaction.
