- Move details — dates, inventory, property information, and notes you share with us.
- Communications — records of calls, texts, and emails between you and us.
- Payment information — we record what you paid and how, but we do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use your information
- To prepare quotes, schedule and perform your move, and manage your account.
- To contact you about your move, quote, payment, or a request you made — by phone, text, or email.
- To provide customer support and improve our services.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business — for example, with our crew for your move, or with service providers that help us operate (such as our scheduling, payment, and messaging providers), who are bound to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Text-messaging consent is never shared. The phone numbers and consent we collect for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell us, to stop marketing emails.
- Ask us to stop calling, or to access, correct, or delete your information.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
